Our tour leaders Jean and Dave set off a few days ago on our escorted motorhome tour from Darwin to Perth.
Even though they’re only on day 4 of the tour they have already ventured down from Darwin and have explored Litchfield National Park, with its lush woodlands, spectacular waterfalls, sparkling plunge pools and tall termite mounds.
They’ve cruised on over to Mount Bundy Station which is a working cattle station and enjoyed a 4WD sunset tour learning about life on the station and what it’s like to run a working cattle station, discover World War II relics that are still there and also see the wildlife living off these lands only to finish up enjoying a sun-downer and watching the sun set over the stunning scenery.
They’ve also had their hearts racing as they’ve got up close to wild crocodiles on the jumping crocs tour which is a great opportunity to see these amazing creatures in action!
We’ll keep you up to date on how the tour is going and will be sure to post up more amazing stories and photographs as they travel down the western coastline of Australia.
